Softspace sells items sourced from other businesses and suppliers, both local and international. We are a reseller, not the manufacturer. Items are ordered from the supplier after you pay, which is why delivery takes about 1 to 2 weeks.

Free postage for West Malaysia. RM15 flat rate for East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan).

We accept bank transfer, DuitNow QR and e-wallet. After you message us on WhatsApp, we confirm your total and send the payment details. Send your receipt and we place your order.

Every item is made to order. After you pay, we place your order and send your tracking number on WhatsApp. Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 weeks.

Please check your address and phone number. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, message us and we will follow it up.

Wrong, damaged or defective items can be returned within [7] days of delivery. Change of mind: not accepted.

Message us on WhatsApp with photos or an unboxing video before sending anything back.

Cancel for free before we place your order. Approved refunds go back to the account you paid from within 24 hours.

If an item is out of stock after you have paid, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

We collect your name, phone number, delivery address and order details only to process and deliver your order. Couriers receive only what they need to deliver. We do not sell your data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by messaging us. We aim to handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
